- We take all major credit cards. If you choose not to enter your card number, you can call the shop to place your order 804-594-5849.
- All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We ship Tuesday-Saturday (brick & mortar shop is closed Sundays & Mondays). Our flat rate shipping cost is $9.
- We are happy to accept returns within 60 days. Return shipping is not covered by Dances With Wool unless the order was packaged incorrectly. We are not responsible for a return order that does not reach our shop or was damaged in shipping. Store credit will be issued when the items are received. All gift cards are delivered electronically via email. Recipients may redeem online or print to redeem in the brick & mortar shop.
