Weld, the fingering weight yarn from Hudson + West Co, is heathered blend of 70% US Merino (sourced from Colorado and New Mexico) and 30% US Corriedale (sourced from New York). This blend of non-superwash wools make Weld a well-balanced 3-ply yarn, with a slightly more energetic twist for strength and durability. Beautiful stitch definition, bounce, and wooly, cohesive bloom makes Weld perfect for a variety of projects from colorwork to cables and beyond! Weld is spun at Battenkill Valley Fibers in New York and dyed at Caledonian Dyeworks in Pennsylvania.
