2025 KAL Vixen Kits

This kit is available to PRE-ORDER for 2025 Yearlong KAL participants! Kit orders will close on January 18 and be sent to the dyer - we estimate they will be ready for pickup/shipping by mid-February.

With this year’s KAL project requiring 4 colors, we know picking a palette can be stressful, so let us pick one for you! These kits are EXCLUSIVELY offered for our KAL participants, and we’ve taken all the guesswork out of choosing the yarn/colors for a gorgeous project! We are offering 3 yarns, at a variety of price points, to give you as much choice and accessibility as possible!

Our first option, and the yarn for Erin’s sample, is one of our long-standing shop favorites: Vixen by Little Fox Yarns. This gorgeous yarn is a blend of 80% superwash merino and 20% silk, hand dyed in semi-solid/tonal colors. As a hand dye, this will be the highest price point. Also, while Aimee will be dyeing the yarn for KAL orders in a single run, all hand dyed yarn will have some color variations between skeins - we recommend alternating between skeins in the main body portion of your sweater.
