You can use up to $20 in rewards points per transaction!
Note: Books, magazines, Ashford/Schacht, sale, consignment, trunk show, and special order items cannot be discounted (though you will earn loyalty points on these purchases!)

Need Help?
There is no charge for help if it's a quick fix. The staff will be happy to help you out!
Since we are a small staff, some problems may require more time to fix and may be better suited for an individual session appointment. Private session appointments are $40 for one hour, more information is on our Current Classes page.
Refunds/Exchanges
Please Read Carefully!
All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Unwound yarn may be returned/exchanged within 60 days of purchase provided it is in new, odor-free, resalable condition (ie. not wound, ball band/tag still attached).
Needles/notions may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original packaging in clean and saleable condition.
These items may not be returned:
Books
Trunk show purchases
Consignment items
Last chance, or SALE items
Special orders
Eucalan and Soak products
Ashford and Schacht products
Any item found to have a manufacturer defect that has been purchased at our store will be replaced in kind.
Classes
Class Registration: We recommend registering as soon as possible for a class in order to guarantee a spot. You can register and pay for classes online or in-store.
A minimum of three students is required to hold a class. If the class does not get a minimum number of students, we will refund your class payment. (Individual instructors may decide to proceed with fewer than three students at their discretion.)
If you find you must cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled class, a store credit will be offered for a future class or product. There are no refunds or store credits for missed attendance. However, we will do our best to accommodate you if there is an unforeseen circumstance such as illness. Students often can convert their missed session to a private lesson.
If a class is canceled by the instructor, a refund will be issued. If inclement weather or reasons beyond the shop's control affect a particular class session, the class will be rescheduled.
Supplies are not included in class prices unless specifically stated in the class description, but a 10% discount on supplies for the class will be offered if purchased through Dances With Wool.
Private Lessons
Private crochet and knitting lessons with Pam are available to book online or in-store.
Please note: To receive a full refund, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the lesson are non-refundable.
Winding Services
We are always happy to wind your purchases for you, free of charge! There are times during the year that we will not wind yarns, but you are always welcome to bring them back at another time to wind. We do not wind yarns that have not been purchased at Dances.
Special Orders and Requests
We are pleased to offer special orders from Berroco and Blue Sky to help you get the exact materials you need! If your item can wait until our next regular order, we’re happy to include it with no additional shipping charge.
However, if your order is needed sooner and requires a separate shipment, a rush order shipping fee of $14.99 will be applied.
